Trine and Sukkerfabrikken is a super nice place that has incorporated ecology and sustainability into their concept, long before these concepts became something you had to relate to. The sugar factory has been a pioneer for ecology on Langeland and well throughout the South Funen archipelago. Try it for yourself and be pleasantly surprised.

Wonderful place and Top service. If you want to experience a beautiful place where you can either hold your next party, a weekend course or just be pampered, you should try to go down to Langeland and visit the old sugar factory in Tranekær.

More at home than at home. I was on a weekend at Sukkerfabrikken and had a fabulous stay. The hostess Trine served us at all ends and edges with her wonderful homemade food. She dished up organic specialties, homemade bread and more.

Beautiful nature with delicious food. There is just so much peace both indoors and outdoors on the terrace and in the beautiful natural garden. And the food is simple, delicious and organic. Especially the morning brunch is delicious.

We have had three nights at Sukkerfabrikken. The breakfast was wonderful (and allergens are taken into account), the rooms and surroundings are beautiful, and Trine makes you feel at home. Huge recommendation from here.

Great place with a great sweet hostess . Trine gives a good atmosphere in quiet surroundings near Tranekær castle and the beautiful Medicinhaver. The food is composed of organic ingredients, well cooked and with a little twist. So wonderful.

Take a stay at Sukkerfabrikken in Tranekær, enjoy the quiet moments with a look at the blood book ..enjoy the silence.

We stayed at Sukkerfabrikken and had 2 nights . Great place – we immediately felt at home and very welcome. Delicious breakfast with homemade muffins and super delicious food in the cafe. Definitely a place that can be highly recommended and the most beautiful surroundings. We would very much like to visit the place again
