We focus on ecology in the kitchen. The raw materials are as far as possible both organic and fresh from the local area. Our own herb garden at Sukkerfabrikken also contributes to the cooking.

Trine heads the kitchen and makes sure the cooking continues in her spirit. Where everything is made from scratch and filled with love. Intuitive and without fixed recipes. So it is creative, varied, healthy and nourishing – and so the senses are stimulated with colors, scents and tastes.
The dishes are adapted to your wishes both in relation to allergens and whether it should be with meat, fish, poultry or vegetarian.
